Bleu Wedge Salad


  • Head of Iceberg lettuce (cored and washed)
  • 1 cup of Chiz’s Bleu cheese dressing
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • Reduced Balsamic vinegar
  • Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • Red Onion (sliced or diced)
  • Walnut halves
  • Bleu cheese crumbles
  • Bacon pieces (cooked and crumbled)


  • Cut lettuce into 8 equal sized pieces
  • Combine Chiz’s Bleu cheese dressing and milk
  • Place desired amount of lettuce on plate and add desired amount of dressing.
  • Place cherry tomatoes, red onion, walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles and bacon on top of lettuce.
  • Drizzle desired amount of reduced balsamic vinegar over the top
