Jalapeno Poppers with Chiz’s Ranch or Bleu cheese dressing
Ingredients
- 12 Jalapenos (halved and seeded)
- 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups of Mexican blend cheese
- 1 lb. of Bacon
- 16 oz Chiz’s Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Mix 1 1/5 cups of cheese with cream cheese and 1/5 pound of bacon (cut into small pieces)
- Fill Jalapenos with cheese filling and freeze for 15 minutes
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- Add remaining cheese and bacon on top and bake and additional 2 minutes
- Enjoy with Chiz’s Ranch or Bleu Cheese dreeing.
